Day 3 of recent (July 2014) heat wave our central air (in a 100 yr old south hill home)just stopped working. 80+ degrees in the house…Cleaning the filters did little to help. After a frustrating 2 days of reading manuals and fiddling with the unit, I broke down and called Express Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating. I received excellent service in a timely manner.
